Are experiencing anxiety around life transitions such as graduating from high school, thinking of a career change, beginning or ending a relationship. I also work with people struggling with OCD and avoidance.

I became a therapist because:

I know what living with anxiety is like, and it does not have to control you. My goal is to help people move forward, living life to the fullest.
