I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and hope to provide them with the highest standard of care.

Together, we will:
I want to be a source of support, safety, and collaboration for my clients.
I specialize in working with people who:
I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of identities and backgrounds and have experience working with individuals of all ages. A common thread I see is that most clients are looking for connection, respect, and encouragement.
I became a therapist because:
I hope to build strong therapeutic bonds with clients during sessions and offer openness and safety that we don't always get out in the world.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
More about me and my practice:
As someone who lost a family member at a young age, grief and loss are issues I identify with. In the past, I volunteered at a camp for children impacted by the Sandy Hook school shooting.
