I utilize empathy and integrate tools such as EMDR for trauma and DBT skills for interpersonal effectiveness. I really do believe ketamine psychedelic therapy is really helpful but only within the correct set and setting.

I specialize in working with people with severe depression, where other therapy has not worked, I work with clients to help them towards fulfillment and feeling again. You are not alone. I will help you. Do not give up.

I became a therapist because:

I was always told as a kid I should be a therapist. I understand mental illness, it runs in my family, I had a mental illness, I get it.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Therapy with me will not be passive, I work to ensure therapy is also not something you dread. I work to ensure you no longer need me.

More about me and my practice:

I offer sessions in different ways, some people just need one session to talk, or a few weeks of therapy. Some people come in every other week, and I have other clients come in weekly. We will assess together an effective plan.
