A solution-focused approach. You are the expert on your own life and your own challenges. I help you to realize the control you have over your own life, and how to get from your current struggles now to a happier and brighter future.

help you find the control in your life when you feel the most out of control. You are the expert in your own life, and I always use that expertise along with my coping skills I teach to help you take back control of your life. Things can get better!

I specialize in working with people who:

want to help themselves. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort with therapy, and want things to improve, life can get better, things can change and control can be taken back in your life.

I became a therapist because:

helping people is my passion in life. I know how it feels when life feels out of control, and if I can help take away that feeling, it is a good day!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

comfort and relaxation. I have worked hard to ensure that you feel as at-home and relaxed as possible from the first step you take into my office.

My only goal for our sessions is having you feel slightly more confident about the next week by the end of each session. You will always have a new goal or skill to practice or work toward each week to always be moving forward.
