My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I meet you where you are and help you understand your emotions, patterns, and relationships. Using mindfulness, DBT, and relationship-based tools, I support growth, healing, and confidence so you can feel more grounded and connected in everyday life.

Explore what’s been holding you back, manage emotions, and build stronger, more meaningful relationships. We’ll work through challenges with compassion and create practical tools that help you feel confident, secure, and ready to show up as your most authentic self.

Calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They often say I make them feel seen, supported, and safe to open up about things they’ve never shared before. I bring warmth and understanding while gently encouraging growth and self-trust at a pace that feels right for them.

Feel stuck in stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges. I help people manage emotions, break old patterns, and find peace in who they are. I also work with BIPOC, first-gen, and LGBTQ+ clients who want therapy that feels affirming, relatable, and grounded in real-life understanding.

I’ve always cared about people’s stories and what helps them heal. Becoming a therapist allows me to offer a safe space for people to feel understood, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Watching people rediscover their voice and inner strength is deeply meaningful to me.

I work with individuals, couples, teenagers and children via online therapy. My sessions are down-to-earth, warm, and focused on real change that lasts beyond therapy. Outside of work, I love exploring coffee shops, writing poetry, and watching films that remind me how human connection shapes us.
