I use a variety of modalities as I don't want to limit the work to just one and I flow from one technique to another so you won't be able to tell which modality we are using. I want my clients to really enjoy their sessions and feel at ease.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with relationship issues whether that is platonic, romantic, or familial. I have been working with children and adolescents my entire life and the beginning part of my career I specialized in working with that population.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been interested in understanding others and at a young age people started confiding in me and this felt like the right path for me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy online but I can assure you my personality still shines through despite being virtual.

More about me and my practice:

I have worked in a variety of setting: inpatient, ran a crisis program and have been supervising clinicians for years as well through my private practice and as a clinical director of two outpatient clinics.
