If you’ve been carrying more than you let others see, you don’t have to hold it alone. With a down-to-earth and collaborative approach, I help women 25–45 who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by trauma feel seen and not judged. With EMDR, IFS, and creative arts therapy, I support you in healing old wounds and creating lasting change.

In our work together, we focus on both the present and the past-understanding how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond today. You'll learn how to feel more emotionally regulated, reduce anxiety and overthinking, set healthier boundaries, respond instead of react, and feel more like yourself again.

Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and non-judgmental. Many say they feel comfortable opening up more quickly than they expected. They also describe me as thoughtful and insightful-I help them connect the dots between what they're experiencing now and where those patterns come from.

I work with women ages 25-45 across New York who are navigating anxiety, burnout, and the impact of trauma. Many clients are high functioning and capable-but feel emotionally drained, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves underneath it all.

I became a therapist because I've always been someone who people open up to, and I genuinely care about understanding what people are going through beneath the surface. I also saw how many women feel like they have to hold everything together, and I wanted to create a space where they don't have to do that alone-and can actually start to feel different.
