I focus heavily on each of my clients specific needs. I don't use one type of therapy or approach, instead I work with my clients to determine what's best for them.

process your current concerns, thoughts and feelings around what brings you to therapy. We will focus on things not going well but also leave space for conversations around what is going well and how we can work to elevate current symptoms.

struggle with extreme stress, burn out, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and various life-transitions.
