About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

someone that asks good questions and makes them think about things in ways they never thought about before.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

that is informed by ACT/CBT but I don't provide coping skills right away. I like to understand your concerns before we talk about coping skills. I will ask about your family, your upbringing and thoughts and feelings associated with your concerns.

  • Together, we will:

understand the roots of your concerns and gain insight-once you see it, you won't unsee it. Then we can talk about ways to address your concerns that work for you, but also that make you have to stretch and challenge yourself a bit.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

self identify as anxious, perfectionists, over achievers and/or people pleasers. Clients that enjoy working with me are usually women in their 20's and 30's, early in their careers who like to be reflective and think a lot about a lot of things.

  • I became a therapist because:

I'm very curious, I like to learn and I like to ask questions. This job lets me do just these things all day long!

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that it is completely telehealth, so you are not limited by office location. Appointment availability tends to be more flexible too.
