About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

someone that asks good questions and makes them think about things in ways they never thought about before.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I like to understand your concerns before we talk about coping skills. I will ask about your family, your upbringing and thoughts and feelings associated with your concerns. My approach is informed by ACT/CBT and Insight/Relational Therapy.

  • Together, we will:

understand the roots of your concerns and gain insight-once you see it, you won't unsee it. Then we can talk about ways to address your concerns that work for you. I will challenge you to grow in ways that may not have thought about before.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

self identify as anxious, perfectionists, over achievers and/or people pleasers. Clients that enjoy working with me are usually women in their 20's and 30's, early in their careers who like to be reflective and think a lot about a lot of things.

  • I became a therapist because:

I'm very curious, I like to learn and I like to ask questions. This job lets me do just these things all day long!

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that it is completely telehealth, so you are not limited by office location. Appointment availability tends to be more flexible too.

  • More about me and my practice:

I provide therapy and also comprehensive psych/neuropsych evaluations. These evals are used to get accommodations at school, on standardized tests and at a work. I also do evals for international adoption applications.
