I work with adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and body image issues.

I love to be a part of a person’s growth and awakening. I love to be a part of positive change, and make people smile in the process.

I am currently offering virtual therapy, which is very convenient and safe for all.

More about me and my practice:

I have been practicing as a licensed counselor since 2014. I own a group practice called Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. If I personally do not have availability, I will be able to assign another therapist to work with you from the group.
