Something to know about my approach is:

I feel like this is exploration, and we are astronauts! By trying to sit with things and look at them without judgment, we can often find ways to feel more comfortable and gain perspective in a way we couldn't before. 

Together, we will:

Think about ways your history and influences (family, friends, partner, etc.) have effected your life, and find perspective into your present. Then you can ask, "Where do I want to go from here?". 

I specialize in working with people who:

I am most passionate about working with adults and teens who have experienced trauma as children and feel persistent dissatisfaction in their daily lives.  We can work together to find more agency and strength in your identity.

I became a therapist because:

Ive always found great satisfaction in supporting and bearing witness for others. I enjoy helping them explore and find new perspectives. 

More about me and my practice:

I am someone with over 20+ years of experience working in the film and TV industry.  This has informed my work, but I also aim to help support and listen to the crew and staff currently working in the industry.  I also like coffee and Dogs.
