My approach is tailored to each person; I believe that people can improve their lives through the positive interaction they experience in the counseling relationship and through the power of examining their emotion, thought and relational patterns.

Take a look at your current and past relationships and examine any areas of discomfort or desired change. We will implement strategies and interventions that will lead you to your desired outcomes. I believe that counseling has to be a collaboration.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are struggling with issues related to the family they grew up in or are struggling with parenting. I also specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety in various parts of their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I believe in the power of empathic listening and have personally seen the benefits of therapy in my life and the lives of loved ones.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Teletherapy is extremely flexible and easy to access from anywhere. I do ask that you have a quiet and private space from which to video conference.
