You can expect to have a conversation with me during the first session. This conversation will be laid back and casual. It may feel a lot like a conversation with a friend and that is intentional.
Talk about Childhood experiences, family dynamics, relationship patterns, eating patterns, if applicable, triggers
have any struggles with eating or maintaining a healthy relationship with food and their body and those who are anxious and sad.
