I have a large toolbox (no cookie cutter breathing techniques), I am creative in how I conceptualize a problem and strategies used to help you to create meaningful change. I use a treat and move your feet approach to creating change.

help you to move into a deeper understanding of yourself. We will explore self-acceptance, learn to manage your emotions and to have the quality of relationships that you want. I can help you to do this work, with or without a partner.
I specialize in working with people who:
have relationship problems with themselves or others; people who struggle with anxiety, depression, self esteem and lack of self awareness. I help people to become unstuck and develop better self management tools.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy helping others free themselves from pain. I am a coach and cheerleader by nature and being a therapist allows me to use both of theses skills.
