An advocate. Humorous. Offering a welcoming environment. Committed to serving my community. Holding my clients accountable to achieve their goals.
My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and trusting therapeutic alliance. I utilize a strengths-based approach through a person-centered lens. I incorporate mind-body techniques such as mindfulness, walk-and-talk therapy, and eco-art therapy.
Address various mental health concerns including substance use, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem conflicts and more. Together, we will unpack the conflicts at a safe and steady pace.
I work with a diverse group of everyday people. Some struggle to find balance in their lives, are transitioning into new roles, face self-esteem or relationship issues, or may experience substance use challenges.
I provide mind-body techniques to help clients create a balanced life that is focused on the whole person.
