I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize with clients who have been through wounds or attachment difficulties in childhood that could be keeping them stuck in unhelpful cycles as adults. Also, with couples counseling, anxiety/worry, parenting stress, and communication issues

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to support people in making real, sustainable change in their/their families' lives and regain a sense of personal power/ control

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy virtually out of Charlotte, North Carolina. It's a vibrant and fun city with lots to see and do!

I am passionate about guiding my cleints' sense of inner knowing and intuition, and discover how to trust themselves in their decision-making, as well as show up as a nurturing, compassionate, patient "best friend" for themselves to heal and grow.
