I specialize in working with people who:

Are children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 10 and up) and need support around anxiety, depression, ADHD, gender or sexual identity, or trauma. I utilize person-centered techniques that focus around your inner resiliency and strength.

I became a therapist because:

My life was improved by mental health treatment as an adolescent. I want to make meaningful change in the lives of others as my therapist did for me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that I have three cats who often like to make themselves known. I also use colorful wallpaper to add personality to my background.

I can see clients in both NC & SC via video / telehealth. My office is located at 219 South East Street Raleigh, NC 27601 and parking is available. In-person sessions are available starting July 15th, 2024.
