I’m most passionate about supporting individuals & couples with issues like anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionistic tendencies, boundaries, complex family dynamics, and coping with life transitions- whether that be parenthood, careers, or stressors life can bring. My approach is warm and practical, empowering and grounded. It is a pleasure to support you!

My goal is to help you find balance and joy where you are now- and to not be fearful of stressors and "unwanted" emotions. Healing happens through trust, honesty, and support and I consider it a great privilege to work alongside you in this part of your story.

I have a warm, gentle, non-judgmental affect that provides comfort and trust to clients so that they may experience what they need most. My clinical approach is attachment focused and rooted in better understanding patterns of being through CBT, as well as utilizing my level two Gottman training to help couples feel better seen and loved by each other.

I specialize in supporting high-achieving individuals and couples who continue to "do it all" and are exhausted and desire ways to better connect with themself, family, and make meaning of systems and emotions that are keeping them stuck.

I'm a natural helper and relate as a wife and mother myself with how rewarding (and exhausting) life can be. With many years spent previously in education and special education- I formed a strong desire to meet individuals in their specific needs and help them achieve alignment with what matters most.

I work in private practice, along with my husband- also a therapist! I am located in downtown Matthews and consider it a great privilege to serve the community I have grown up in.
