navigate the challenges that arise during motherhood and the perinatal period including anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or any daily challenges that come with being a mom. We will find solutions to resolving these mental health barriers.

I became a therapist because:

My natural empathy for others has been a driving force in my life and I knew I could use my gifts in the world of mental health to serve others.

I offer both in-person and virtual options for therapy, allowing for flexibility and accessibility to attend therapy.

Since becoming a mom, I realized the crucial importance of supporting other moms who are also navigating the wild ride of motherhood. I believe my own experiences in motherhood help me relate to my clients' experiences.
