I provide trauma-informed therapy in a way that makes clients feel safe and heard. I help w/anxiety, depression and all types of trauma. My specialty is complex trauma which is abuse and neglect typically spanning childhood.

I am passionate about access to quality mental health care, particularly, for geographically isolated and marginalized communities.
