I have a waitlist for new clients. If you would like to be added to it, I can notify you when I have an opening available.
My clients describe me as:
Warm, friendly, and fun. I love a good laugh! At the same time, highly skilled and serious af about the work we do together.
Something to know about my approach is:
I provide trauma-informed therapy in a way that makes clients feel safe and heard. I help w/anxiety, depression and all types of trauma - acute & chronic. My specialty is complex trauma - pervasive & typically ranging over the course of childhood.
Together, we will:
Identify the source of your pain and find ways to help you heal so that you can feel & function better. Often that looks like improved relationships, a calm mind, relaxed body, and a clearer vision about what you want to accomplish moving forward.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are in pain and ready for relief or numb and ready to feel again. People who are ready for a deeper understanding of how certain experiences impacted their life. People searching for effective strategies and support as they journey towards healing.
I became a therapist because:
I am passionate about access to quality mental health care, particularly, for geographically isolated and marginalized communities.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Primarily virtual with some other avenues of access - limited in-office & eco-therapy (outdoor) in Sanford. Note: insurance may not cover eco-therapy.
