I have had experience with individuals dealing with trauma, stress, anger, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Being able to help using different interventions related to cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotional support, providing empathy and support.
It is important for the client to have the space to share their needs and wants from counseling and within life, while evaluating what works best. Life transitions and life stressors can be heavy and we can work together to gain healing and wellness.
