I meet client's where they are in terms of their journey and collaborate with them to identify goals. I have a vision of improving the world through increasing insight. I do this by challenging clients to reflect and adopt different perspectives.

I work with men to improve communication and relationships and I help couples enhance their connection with each other while navigating difficult conversations. I encourage clients to improve their relationships with themselves through self-talk.
