I am direct and focused in my approach to therapy while showing compassion and validation. I value brief treatment if that fits the need but understand that some difficulties take longer to work through. I am available for as long as it is helpful.

I work closely with people dealing with anxiety, depression & difficult adjustment as a result of challenging life experiences.

I am able to meet people where they are, without judgement, walking through hard times to find resolution and an opportunity to feel better.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults age 15-80. I work with single individuals. I am a solution focused CBT therapist. I realize that the need for solutions to manage thoughts/feelings is key to finding long lasting growth and progress.
