I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, struggle with anxiety or fear of abandonment, or are healing from attachment wounds and relational trauma. Many are queer adults, first responders, or military members navigating identity, chosen family, or complex family dynamics while seeking secure, authentic connection.

I subscribe to the notion of "be who you needed when you were younger." I want to help people understand themselves.
