I love to integrate values and strengths work and help you learn to make room for uncomfortable thoughts/feelings versus struggling with them. I want clients to feel seen, celebrated, and challenged in the work I do with them.

are either feeling burnt out at work or are seeing their mental health impact their ability to show up at work. You might be feeling disengaged, angry, checked out or scared to make a change. I'm here to help!

I became a therapist because:

I have felt burned out at work AND have seen mental health impact my work. I can help others navigate challenges by being open about mine.
