I specialize Perinatal Mental Health and have 5 years of experience as a doula that has helped develop a deeper view into how pregnancy, labor, & birth affect your life.

I became a therapist because:

I found that we all need a sound space to feel seen & acknowledged for all that life brings our way whether through listening, or just being present.

More about me and my practice:

I trained through Postpartum International and am working toward the Perinatal Mental Health Certification. I'm also a certified Doula through ProDoula, and a Peer Lactation Specialist through H.E.R.B.A.L.
