I often use Strengths Based in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With SB we'll look at how we can use your strengths to heal.

In treatment people are free to discuss what they would like during their session. We can even explore non-traditional ways of therapy. Talk therapy is not for everyone! Do you want to do therapy in your garden-Let's do it! Tai Chi in session-Yes!

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve to feel seen and heard. Everyone deserves a space to feel like themselves.

I offer ecotherapy for people that want to connect with nature. I offer mindful movement (tai chi) for people who may want movement in session.
