I often use Strengths Based in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress-from there we can look into a holistic approach or ecotherapy.

In treatment people are free to discuss what they would like during their session. We can even explore non-traditional ways of therapy. Talk therapy is not for everyone! Do you want to do therapy in your garden-Let's do it! Tai Chi in session-Yes!
