I tailor treatment specifically to YOU! For young children, I incorporate virtual art, sand, and play. For teens, I work to build trust and ensure a safe place for them to be themselves and have a say in their treatment plan/goals.

Tailored to you, we can use online EMDR, Sandtray, narrative or other expressive methods, inner-child work, or simply talk to to heal past wounds, navigate life's challenges, and learn coping skills to address dysregulation, anxiety, or depression.

I specialize in working with kids, pre-teens, and teens from all backgrounds and all walks of life. I am trauma & attachment informed and have a passion for children whether it be ADHD, Anxiety, Behavior concerns, Depression, etc.
