A few of my approaches include- Solutions-focused, Strengths-based, trauma informed and emotionally focused therapies. I also am client centered, and want to help YOU- therapy isn't one size fits all.

I want my clients to be able to discuss what they want, when they want, but we will also set goals, structure and actions steps to help us move toward relief and peace. I believe in a collaborative process and am honored to be along for the ride.
