About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

People tell me that I am caring and compassionate and easy to talk to. I help people put the puzzle pieces of their lives back together.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I use different techniques to help people learn to stop spiraling in their thinking and emotions. I help people identify their self-defeating behaviors and learn different ways to change those behaviors.

  • Together, we will:

People all have a story and it is important to share it with someone who is invested in your well-being and recovery. It's important to look at the themes of your story and how they connect to keep you stuck or unable to live your best life.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people with trauma. divorce adjustment, grief issues, family problems and marital counseling. I have worked with older teens going through navigating the launching process.

  • I became a therapist because:

I knew I wanted to be a therapist in 8th grade after reading the Bell Jar. I was moved by that woman's struggle with depression.
