I currently have openings mornings and mid day on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My clients describe me as:
intuitive, gentle, and compassionate.
Something to know about my approach is:
There is no one size fits all approach to healing. My mission is to create space in which you feel safe, seen, heard and respected. I employ a holistic approach, using a variety of interventions that support the whole person- mind, body, spirit.
Together, we will:
explore the inner child, old patterning, and self-compassion. We will identify your unique body cues for stress and overwhelm. We will explore strategies to assist in regulation including meditation, free writing, and nature-immersion.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing a life transition, spiritual emergence, who are seekers and haven't been able to get to that last part that is asking for healing on their own, who have experienced childhood sexual or physical abuse.
I became a therapist because:
I had a fantastic therapist who walked with me on my healing journey. She inspired me. Becoming a therapist is my version of paying it forward.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is cozy with a lot of natural light.
More about me and my practice:
I love nature. For my nervous system, there is no other tool that can regulate me at the same level as walking through the woods. In the warm weather months, it is common for me to offer walk and talk therapy at a local park.
