In addition to weekday appointments, I regularly offer Saturday appointments.
My clients describe me as:
a safe person who will listen to anything I need to talk about without judgement and who has helped me live my life the way I want to.
Something to know about my approach is:
I want to listen to you so that you know you have been heard. If it's helpful, I will teach you some skills and techniques to help with specific issues. You never have to talk about anything you do not want to talk about.
Together, we will:
Learn about you through conversation and some activities. Together, we will decide how to best spend our time together. I want you to be able to live your life the way you want to live.
I specialize in working with people who:
are diagnosed with or think they might have ADHD, depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. I help individuals (families) know what ADHD is and what it isn't, that anxiety & depression often come with ADHD, and how to thrive.
I became a therapist because:
too many people aren't listened to and don't get the care, information, and skills they need to thrive.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
my office is located near Costco in a private medical building in Tulsa and that I have upgraded audio/video equipment for virtual therapy.
More about me and my practice:
I'm willing to have sessions with partners, children, parents, siblings, and others. Many people just don't understand that you just can't snap out of it, get over it, or stop being lazy - none of which is helpful or true. I am a solo practice.
