Something to know about my approach is:

I utilize a variety of techniques depending on the needs of the client. I often incorporate mindfulness, strength based and values based strategies. I am trained in EMDR, and ERP to address trauma as well higher levels of anxiety.

Together, we will:

explore what is getting in the way of experiencing more joy, presence and fulfillment with life. I have a passion for working with people in transition, especially into motherhood or fatherhood. I have specialized training perinatal mental health.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility or who have experienced birth trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I have always had a passion in helping people find and use their voice in difficult times.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is in a fun location near a park, restaurants and coffee shops. I think it can be a nice treat to come to therapy.

More about me and my practice:

I have a passion for working with individuals in the outdoors as well and enjoy taking folks out on walks as part of our work. Currently, I am working on building in some walking groups with parents of babies into my practice.
