I am a relational therapist who blends mindfulness, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, and IFS (informed) modalities. Every client I work with has unique issues that call for integrating an approach to meet those needs.

I help adult individuals find their sense of self to increase mental and emotional well being by addressing presenting issues such as depressive moods, anxiousness, worry, stress, interpersonal conflicts, challenging life transitions, & past trauma.
I became a therapist because:
I was called to help others early in life, but I wasn't ready to fully embrace and step into this role until midlife.
More about me and my practice:
I have been in private practice since October 2022 and I work out of my home office with my dog at my feet in a calm soothing space.
