Something to know about my approach is that I work from a neurodivergent-affirming, person-centered, and strength-based lens. My approach is flexible, goal-oriented, and solution-focused, shaped by both professional training and my own lived ADHD experience. I focus on what actually works for you, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Together we will explore what’s coming up for you, build coping tools that actually work for you, and work toward goals that feel realistic. We’ll move at your pace, learning about your past so that we can better the present and future. We will make space for your full lived experience along the way.
