My clients experience are impacted by my sensitivity and knowledge of cultural experiences on emotional wellbeing. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based care that thoughtfully integrates your spiritual beliefs into the healing process.

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults — particularly Black and Brown individuals, women of color, professionals, and mothers — who are navigating anxiety, overthinking, and emotional burnout.

Earlier in my life, I often felt stuck in cycles of overthinking — replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, and struggling to quiet my mind. Through my own therapy journey, I gradually broke free from the anxiety and self-doubt patterns that were once overwhelming. That experience deeply shapes the way I show up as a therapist today.

I have seen — both personally and professionally — that it is possible to quiet the inner critic, set healthier boundaries, and feel more confident trusting your own voice.
