I often use an eclectic mix of therapy tools and techniques that I have found helpful in working with clients over the past 34 years. In your first session we'll explore your concerns and begin to provide you with tools to address your goals.

Discuss a specific treatment plan and evidence based tools that will address your individual situation. I frequently work with clients who are struggling with the limitations of past traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression and negative thoughts. I offer tools and a safe space to focus on healing.

I have over 35 years of experience in helping individuals and families. I also offer Collaborative Divorce Coaching for an out of court process and Co-Parenting Coaching.
