My clients describe me as:
warm, engaging, approachable and empathic. I utilize a humanistic and person-centered approach to therapy and believe in all people's capacity.
Something to know about my approach is:
I employ a creative and individualistic framework for all of my clients, as there is no one size fits all in therapy. My space is non-judgmental, compassionate and accepting of all people.
Together, we will:
create space for your grief, honor your loss and develop a toolbox of coping skills to improve your well-being. We will address the goals that you determine are important and work together to develop your best self.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing symptoms of grief that they feel are invasive or difficult to manage. Grief is a normal part of life, however, depending on the nature of the loss, sometimes we can benefit from support in our grief journey.
I became a therapist because:
I deeply believe in all people's capacity for change and fundamental right to happiness.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My ability to connect with people and truly hear them. Even virtually, I find human connection to be the key to a successful therapy experience.
More about me and my practice:
I currently only offer virtual therapy and work with individuals, families, groups, adults, adolescents and children.
