are over-thinkers (like me, hi!) who are tired of being hard on themselves. We'll know therapy is over when you're confidently making your own decisions and making plans that truly reflect what you want, not what anxiety tells you.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I don't have an office with a couch. See me in between meetings or while the kiddos are napping. Better yet, you don't even have to leave your bed!

More about me and my practice:

Therapy services are provided via private pay. I can hook you up with a billing receipt and you could get a lump of my fee reimbursed. So, let's say your insurance covers 80 percent of my $205 fee, that means you only have to pay $42 per session!
