I specialize in working with people with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, parent-child relationships, and prenatal/postpartum struggles. A lot of clients I work with have had critical or neglectful parents who have had their own struggles to contend with whether it be mental illness, trauma, or addiction.

This work is powerful and life changing and my personal experience in therapy and the transformation in my own life was a huge motivator.

I have received specialized training in various trauma modalities (TIST, EMDR), experiential attachment work (AEDP) as well as reproductive mental health to support people through the perinatal period. I am also trained as a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator.
