Have experienced a range of traumas, such as abuse, violence, natural disasters, accidents, or medical trauma. I help clients to process and heal from these experiences through various evidence-based interventions.

I became a therapist because:

Life can be challenging and I like to work with individuals so that they can live a happy, healthy, purpose driven life outside of therapy.

More about me and my practice:

When I am not being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets. We enjoy traveling and exploring the world as much as we can. I also enjoy watching sports, going to the beach, and messing around with my saltwater aquariums.
