As a registered art therapist + somatic-informed mental health professional, I help my clients reclaim their power and connect to the deeper parts of Self through creativity and self exploration. There's no such thing as "good" or "bad" art!

Reconnect with all Parts of Self using the creative process and somatic practices. I am a Registered Art Therapist and incorporate the expressive arts therapies. I help my clients unlock who they truly are and rewrite their own narratives.

My office space is right across the street from the Delaware River! There's a picnic table to relax at before and/or after session if desired :)
