I specialize in working with people who:

Clients with a variety of different mental health disorders but my passion is working with teens and young adults working through anxiety and stressors around school, college, family, friends, and relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I truly believe in the importance of having a trusted adult to talk to about any and all feelings clients may be experiencing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I provide both online and in-person therapy on the comfiest couch!

More about me and my practice:

I provide “Superbills” (i.e. Receipts) on the 1st of every month for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your “Out-Of-Network” benefits. Please do not hesitate to ask me about this if you have any questions!
