I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and depression. My approach is supportive, direct, and practical. I integrate CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques to help identify patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change both in and outside of therapy sessions.

Many of my clients look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted on the inside. You may overthink, struggle to quiet your mind, or get stuck in cycles of anxiety, ADHD, or perfectionism. Even when life looks put together, your brain may not shut off. I help clients build practical tools to manage stress & improve focus.
