My clients describe me as:
very laid back and non-judgmental. I am authentic and transparent with each client and enjoy providing a safe place where each client is truly heard.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am a very direct and straight forward clinician who values open communication with my clients. I am not only focused on providing temporary relief, but I highly value the importance of working through the root issue of a client's concerns.
Together, we will:
process past trauma that is having a negative impact on your current life. We will build a strong therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe to process traumatic events so that you can regain control of your life.
I specialize in working with people who:
are current or prior military or first responders. I also work with military/first responder spouses and partners.
I became a therapist because:
I spent 6 years as a Police Officer prior to entering the mental health field and I now have a strong desire to help first responders process trauma.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I can provide services both virtually or in-person. I offer complimentary beverages (water, tea, or coffee) in the office.
