feel anxious, depressed, are navigating difficult circumstances, are looking to have healthier relationships, or are just feeling "stuck" and are ready to go deeper. I also enjoy addressing difficult family dynamics and spiritual concerns.
I became a therapist because:
I am passionate about helping people find purpose and joy in their life, even in the midst of hardship.
