Monday through Friday 9 AM - 8 PM
My clients describe me as:
Authentic, direct, and compassionate
Something to know about my approach is:
I value experiential, in the moment, emotion-focused work and invite my clients to bravely face their pain. I utilize EMDR and IFS for trauma and identity work, and value safety, honesty, and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
Together, we will:
Explore your family of origin, past relationships, mental health history, and goals/dreams for your life. We will get to know all of your internal parts and learn how to care for your system more effectively.
I specialize in working with people who:
are looking for relief from anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and unhealthy emotional or relational patterns. I specialize in treating couples’ communication issues. poor body image, low self esteem, trauma, and perinatal mood disorders.
I became a therapist because:
I believe in the inherent dignity of all humans and that a safe space to heal is a human right. Witnessing my clients’ journeys is a great privilege.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My practice views clients as whole human beings. We seek to promote healing for folks mentally and emotionally, but also spiritually and physically.
More about me and my practice:
I will be honest and direct with you, and I ask that in return. I promise you a safe, non-judgmental space - no matter what. In return, I ask you to be open to going to some hard places. I’ve been there too, and it is WORTH IT. You deserve to heal.
