Explore challenging patterns and behaviors that cause significant disruption. We will identify opportunities for growth and development through processing difficult experiences.

Direct, authentic, and adaptable. We will foster a firm and genuine connection that creates a strong foundation for healing and growth.

I believe that when we can recognize and talk about our feelings they become more manageable.
