I focus on past experiences that influence present thoughts and behaviors. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address motivation and core beliefs. I see this as your investment in yourself and I encourage feedback on what is and isn't working.

Together, we will discuss what emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are causing you discomfort. We will look for patterns in behavior and talk about what's on your mind. Together, we will come up with strategies for coping, growth, and behavior change.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced childhood trauma, are from diverse backgrounds, and people who want to heal but don't know where to start. I am also a Licensed School Social Worker who works with children and families.

I became a therapist because:

I never saw anyone who looked like me or understood my trauma. I want to hold space for those who don't feel seen or heard.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I can provide both in person and telehealth therapy. My physical office is housed in partnership with Whole Self Collaborative.
