I focus on supporting children, teens, and young adults, feeling anxious, down, like you just don’t quite fit in or like things are harder than they “should” be. My clients are often neurodivergent (Adhd, Autistic, sensory differences) and/or LGBTQIA2S+. As a neurodivergent and queer therapist myself, I offer lived insight and affirming understanding.

I meet you where you are while also considering the impact of all the systems with which you interact. My hope is to cultivate a safe and supportive environment where you can authentically be and connect with your full self, while also helping you develop resources that enable you to feel best supported outside of the therapy room.

My therapy style is genuine, friendly, and accommodating while creating accountability when needed. I love to incorporate a variety of modalities, such as expressive arts, play, and sand tray to support a variety of needs and interests. Ultimately, my approach is collaborative and flexible—together, we’ll figure out what actually works for you.

I also believe that many struggles—especially for neurodivergent and queer individuals—don’t come from something being “wrong” with you, but from living in systems that weren’t built to support you. Thus, along with the work we do in sessions, I also help you navigate and advocate in places like school or work so support extends beyond the therapy room.
